Lit Candles

Sadly, we would like to announce the dissolution of the Amarillo Witches’ Council as a nonprofit. The last five years have been such a joy! We have had the privilege of raising funds and awareness for the Amarillo-Panhandle Humane Society’s trap-neuter-return program—, Hope Lives Here—, and the Polaris Project—, as well as multiple service projects for the homeless and the food insecure. Unfortunately, we are unable to abide by our mission statement in this ongoing and uncertain health environment—each event involves over a year of planning, many volunteer hours, and many sponsorship dollars. We cannot be good stewards of our resources and continue. Thank you to our sponsors and supporters! We, as a group of friends, will be focusing on individual projects and spending time with family and each other. While we may not see you again as The Witches’ Council, we love you all and thank you for your support. And, of course, as magic is always in the air, you never know what will come together next! You are in our hearts forever.
Blessed Be,
The Witches’ Council: Leslie Crawford, Holly Rhea, Keri Rajan-Jaya,
Christie Morgan, Veronica Van Hoose, and Devany Paschel
